Always return for my stay. Staff helped with insect bite on 1st visit. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and security, bar, outdoor dining, restaurant. Coming back for Christmas.

The location of the hotel is great for women traveling alone, as it is close to the bus station and the downstairs restaurant. At 7 am, there were not many guests eating breakfast, providing a quiet atmosphere in the area. the quality ensuite room was spotlessly clean and had hot water in the bathroom.

Service could be improved, as some staff members were unwelcoming and unhelpful, bordering on rude.
